By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jililev platform — including the website at jililev.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and account services available therein — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jililev platform and, if you hold a jililev account, request its closure via our support team.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (the registered account holder) and jililev. Voluntary Account Closure

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jililev's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the jililev platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jililev account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jililev shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
